At KMarie Collections Co, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something doesn’t work for you, we’re here to help.

To maintain the integrity and quality of our garments, please review our policy carefully.

Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

By placing an order on www.kmariecollections.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

 

All orders ship Monday - Friday.

KMarie Collections fulfillment is closed on weekends and major holidays. Processing time exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

1. RETURN WINDOW 

  • We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Any requests made after this period may not be eligible.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Free of stains (including deodorant or cosmetics)
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as KMarie Collections Co is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

4. EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Initiate a return request through our contact form
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item

5. STORE CREDIT

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit will be processed once your item has been received and inspected.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (excluding original shipping costs)

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items
  • Swimwear or any undergarments
  • Any items returned outside of the 14-day window

Returns outside of the return window may be declined at our discretion.

8. POLICY UPDATES

KMarie Collections Co reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
